Processing Times
Every item in our apothecary is hand-poured, spiritually cleansed, and prayed over in small batches.

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared and consecrated before it is shipped.

During high-volume lunar cycles or new collection launches, processing may take up to 7 business days.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We primarily use USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground to ensure the safest delivery of our ritual tools.

Domestic Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your sanctuary tools.

Ground Required: Per federal safety regulations, all orders containing Florida Water (Verdant Current) must ship via Ground due to the alcohol content.
Packaging for Protection
We understand that shipping glass requires both physical and energetic care.

The Double-Seal: All liquids and oils are double-sealed (shrink-banded and bagged) to prevent leaks from damaging your order.

Eco-Conscious Padding: We use recyclable and biodegradable materials whenever possible to cushion your glass vials and apothecary jars.
Tracking Your Order
Once your package leaves the hearth, you will receive a Tracking Number via email. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier to update the status.
Damaged Ritual Tools
If the physical vessel of your tool arrives broken, please Summon the Spirit (Contact Us) within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will prioritize a replacement for you immediately.
