The Tituba’s Ash 30-Day Return Policy

At Tituba’s Ash, we want your ritual tools to resonate with your spirit. If an item doesn't feel like the right fit for your sanctuary, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Guidelines for Returns

To maintain the energetic integrity of our collection, please note the following:

  • Unopened & Unused: Items must be returned in their original, sealed condition. We cannot accept returns on candles that have been lit, oils with broken seals, or salts that have been opened.

  • Apothecary Liquids: For hygiene and spiritual purity, our Florida Water and Rose Water must have the original shrink-wrap or seal intact.

  • Damaged Ritual Tools: If your glass arrives broken or damaged during transit, please take a photo and Summon the Spirit (Contact Us) within 48 hours. We will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Reach Out: Email our team with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Pack with Care: Use the original packaging if possible. Remember, glass is fragile!

  3. Ship It Back: Once approved, mail your item to our apothecary. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the practitioner unless the item arrived damaged.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

A Note on Spiritual Tools

Because our products are hand-prayed and spiritually cleansed, we encourage you to sit with your tools for a few days before deciding to return them. Sometimes the energy needs a moment to align with your own.
